Co-founder and Director

As a producer, entrepreneur, and activist, Bárbara drives systemic change by positioning women’s economic power. She is the co-founder and director of DECIDIDAS, the largest annual women’s summit in Latin America, bringing together the worlds of business, creativity, and impact to foster leadership, shape public policy, and cross-sector partnerships across the region.

A champion of female-led narratives and financial equity, she co-founded Anónima Media and the gender lens financial education platform Lidh. Featured in Those Who Inspire México, Bárbara is a catalyst of ideas and people, building bridges for the next generation of women leaders, from capital to culture.

Olga Segura is a Los Angeles-based film and TV producer championing Latine voices in media and entrepreneurship. Her films have premiered at Sundance, Berlin, and Venice, including adaptations of Nobel Prize-winning authors J.M. Coetzee and Mario Vargas Llosa. She co-founded Poderistas alongside Eva Longoria and America Ferrera to empower the next generation of Latinas, and launched Highways Lab with Rideback RISE to provide mentorship and funding for filmmakers.

As co-founder of The Latinx House, she created the Adelante Directors Fellowship with Sundance, Netflix, and Shondaland. Named one of Forbes Mexico’s 100 Most Powerful Women, Olga builds platforms that turn visibility into opportunity.
